Can someone walk me through how to do this, please? I am completely lost as to how to go about this question
sum 1..100 - sum 7,17, 27,37,47,57,67,77,87,97
Alrighty..let me work on it :)
we can simplify this a bit , using sum notation
I've ended up with 4530 as my answer @perl

the sum of the first n integers from 1 to 100 is 100 * 101/2
WHich is 5050
right
And for for sum of numbers that include the digit 7, I ended up with 520. Then I subtracte 520 from 5050
correct
