How can narrative be used to greater effect than dialogue? Address how your answer changes for different types of fiction (such as short stories, plays, and novels). ANSWER FAST!!

Dialogue limits the possibilities. For example, in dialogue, the character who is talking cannot say "Youa re thinking about pizza, at a time like this?" because the character cannot know what is going on inside the other characters head. However, in narration, that can happen, because the narrator technically knows everything that is going on in the story.
