Well I mean...if we begin at (7,-3) We need to go down on the x-axis to 2 and up on the y-axis to 5 So we need to move (x - 5, y + 8) Why is that correct? because if you plug in the original (7,-3) (x,y) into that rule we write...we have (7 - 5, -3 + 8) which would be (2,5) like we want
