For those that don't trust links, it goes to an image that says: -(3/4)(-8x)(4/3)(4y)(1)

Okay so the 3/4 and the 4/3 will cancel out as multiplying these together will give 1/12 = 1. Now we're left with -(-8x)(4y)(1). The two negatives cancel, and the one on the end can be removed leaving us with 8x*4y=32xy (so C).
