I have a complaint concerning the suspension of my main account.

First of all, I found this question in the HISTORY SECTION which was titled 'i am a lesbian and i'm the judge of that.' and there were a bunch of other girls commenting saying they are that type as well. And then a moderator came and said something like this "I have no problem with you being that type, but this is off-topic." (and she deleted the comment) This gave me the idea to post a question here in Openstudy Feedback asking if OS supported Homosexuals, and now my main account got suspended for that reason.

And since my main account got suspended for that reason, shouldn't the person that posted that 'off-topic' question in History be suspended?

First, there is no thing for mods that says, "This offense is exactly this suspension length..."

Second, you were not suspended for your off topic question. You were suspended for isims. See the CoC section on "Don't be offensive, inappropriate, or creepy! So avoid:"
