a lot of things...like its prokaryote so doesnt have membrane bound organelles. is gram negative so does not have a thick peptidoglycan layer. no well defined nucleus. etc etc

Its a gram negative bacterium (rod-shaped; bacilli).

-It doesnt make endospores (Gram-positive does)
-It doesnt undergo mitosis/meiosis so it doesnt have centrioles nor centrosome.
-Its flagella (I think it has one) is not made from microtubules, but from a protein called flagellin
-It doesnt have histones nor nucleosome
