my problem says "find a ratio equivalent to each ratio." which is really is but then it says "then use the ratios to write a proportion." how do I write a proportion? example: 7/9 is equivalent to 14/18 but idk how to write a proportion with those two!

I would think it just means to equate them to each other, but I'm not 100% sure. Like, 7/9 = 14/18
