What are the minimum, first quartile, median, third quartile, and maximum of the data set? 55 62 61 54 68 72 59 61 70 I know my Minimum is 54, my Median is (i think) 61 and my Maximum is 72. I don't really know what quartile's are.

@ganeshie8 @Mertsj @mathstudent55 @SolomonZelman @iambatman @waterineyes Can someone please explain what quartile's are?

@Secret-Ninja I don't understand really, sounds like gibberish. I'm sorry. Can you please explain again?

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

To find the median you have to cross off the numbers. |dw:1415112833331:dw|

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

I forgot to put them in numerical order, so ignore my last answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do I go about crossing off the numbers?
