Slope of the given line is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1), the values of x1,x2,y1,y2 are the coordinates of the given point. Once you compute slope, the equation of the line is y=mx+c. Here m is known, which is the slope. to compute c, just substitute any point from the given points and you will get the answer
