Restricting exercise, just like too much, will never help your body in the present or long run; wearing proper gear and not overworking constantly will help prevent osteoporosis. Jogging is an amazing way to strengthen your body and all of its functions; it is easier on the joints than running and strengthens your bones. I'm not sure about the yoga mat but it definitely helps with pain. And you have to stick to a healthy diet. (Don't worry we all have those times when we binge :3 pssst...I'm a felon, especially around Halloween when I have easy access to caramel apples :D)
well actually sprinting would help strengthen the body, but starting out by training yourself would be a good way to jog but idk i go by a different diet so yeah
