is it true that Exercise can help prevent heart disease but once you've had a heart attack, it's too late for exercise to help you.

yes that is very true, but no the second part can be ify like i guess you could concentrate on a more healthy diet which will risk you from getting any kind of heart failure, but usually bad habits can cause heart attacks more than a unhealthy diet.

Whenever a person has prolonged inactivity, due to an illness or injury, chances are they will require physical therapy. Same thing with the heart; the reintroduction to cardio, partnered with a healthy diet and stress management, strengthens the heart. Pushing too much, however, can be counteractive.
