I need an idea for a mobile app. What do you recommend? It's for an assingment

I suppose it would be extremely difficult to come up with something original which would actually be useful or entertaining so how about a personal budget app? Bonus points if it can connect to my bank's website to get my latest balance and keep track of everything I buy and give me a notification when I might need something :). The last part it could do something like tell you that you buy deodorant every 3 weeks and it's been 2.5 weeks since you last bought deodorant.
