or he could just run/sprint well sprinting would be better than running because you could get more out of a workout without actually "working out" if you sprint. so whenever he has free time he should use that time to do that.
because it will help him train better rather than nothing, or he could just make a workout log and do core workouts,etc. but its also best to run if those type of equipment arent in reach
he should want to start out low though
