If an account is deleted, it can ruin other people's account. See let's say I answered 50 questions from this one person, and I got a medal for all of the questions I answered for this question. Not let's say this person's account got deleted, now those 0 questions and medals are gone, and can lower my SS constantly.

See I asked a little over 100 questions, and all the people who answered my questions will lose their credit, and same with the people I medal. They will lose their medal(s)

Seems like a waste of effort, or you can either ask a mod to suspend you, change your password without looking, or get blocksite.

an account should become inactive if not used for a year. then it should be deleted if it is still not used for another year.
