That's what I'm thinking too, it seem like they are asking whether or not the result (answer) of an absolute value --can sometime be negative

Listen to the very first comment. Understand that later when graphing absolute values it gets more trickier though.

Absolute value just tells you to ignore if it is negative, so it is false.
