Please Help!! I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong for this problem: The latest online craze is a new game, Khan on Seven. You get 100 points for playing the game. In addition, you get 50 points for each seven-letter word you are able to make with the ten letters you are given. The game leader currently has 17,950 points. Sal wants to break the record, and needs 18,000 points or more to do so. Write an inequality to determine how many seven-letter words, w, Sal will need to make to break the record.
this is what I got, but it says it does not understand my answer???? \[50w + 100 \ge 18,000\]
If you are on Khan Academy, did you try clicking the "show steps" button?
did you
yes I am on khan academy, I have to get 3 correct in a row, and if i click the "show steps" button it will automatically count my answer as wrong :/
Yea, I just checked your work and it looks correct. You should check the steps despite the being counted as wrong, because sometimes it glitches. If you have the right answer, and it still won't except it, you will need to report it.
okay, thank you very much! :)
Oh my goodness i just looked and i had it right, except they didn't use a comma in 18,000 they just put "18000" x_x @StudyGurl14
lol, yea. Khan Academy doesn't use commas
