Which of the following is NOT a common type of weight-training workout organization? A. large muscles vs. small muscles B. front of the body exercises vs. back of the body exercises C. pushing exercises vs. pulling exercises D. strongest muscles vs. weakest muscles
well, they all make sense because D.strongest muscles vs. weakest muscles isnt always a bad thing, because once you get to training your bigger muscles it will train theem to do those type of workouts, and can also help the smaller muscles grow. C. is kind of ify like i dont think it is used as much but you do need to push yourself but then again you need to do what your body can handle. and for D. well its good to push your muscles to become bigger and harder(add on) but these all just depend on what you are going for in your workout. most of these are required as 'strength training' exercises so they could all be used in some way but i would probably say B because you mostly use all of your muscles during the process
