A. to suggest how joyfully the children run to the sound B. to show how weakly the balloonman blows the whistle C. to explain that the sound comes from a tiny wind instrument D. to suggest that the sound is distant yet inviting I KNOW its either A or D... but i cant figur out which... plz help me?
