fruiys veggies grains protein foods and dairy
thats 6, and protein doesnt always have to be a choice, it all depends on what type of body/health you are going for like whatever your weight you are suppose to be, you need to eat those types of foods from that group like how i am going towards to becoming bigger and gaining muscle i need to eat alot of protein,carbs,meats, unsaturated fats,carbs, etc. because not all food is meant for ones health. because if you dont workout but then you eat the food that a body builder would eat it would just store up as fat or you would be eating it for no reason because it wouldnt be doing any good for you besides the use for energy but wouldnt really help if you didnt exercise on a regular basis
so therefore you would stay the same weight and have no change
