OpenStudy (anonymous):

you plug in 2 into the first part of the piece wise function, and find what it will equal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay so I get ln2 and then what do I do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is going to be lim[x->2 ^-] then find what it will be from the right side.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plug in 2 into the second part.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the limit is not even from both sides, it is ln2 from the left, and 4ln2 from the right what does that tell you ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the limit doesn't exist
