OpenStudy (studygurl14):

When might you choose to use a two-dimensional model rather than a three-dimensional model or a molecule? @surry99

OpenStudy (surry99):

Not sure what your asking....can you rephrase it please...

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

of a molecule* not "or a molecule"

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

does that clarify things?

OpenStudy (surry99):

ok, hang on ...

OpenStudy (surry99):

Even though most molecules are 3D, for simplicity when we are doing our paper chemistry calculations we can represent them as 2D because it easier and faster to draw.

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

Thanks. That makes sense. :)
