When do you use Law of Cosine or Law of Sine?

Law of cosines is generally used for problems when you have 3 sides and 1 angle. Law of sines is when you have 2 sides and 2 angles. There are some neat formulas for both of these "laws". You can read more on it here: http://www.mathwarehouse.com/trigonometry/law-of-sines-and-cosines.php
