looking back at it now. i dont think any of them are correct. b should be the correct one considering he is saying there is nothing to worry about but the f in forget should not be capitalized.

The punctuation in B is correct but the Capitalization is C is correct. sorry if we confused you lol. The f in forget should not be capitalized.

the correctly PUNCTUATED sentence is B. because the quotations are put around everything the speaker is saying and there is commas where they are supposed to.  correctly
