5m > 23 please help! A. m > 9 B. m < 9 C. m > -9 D. m < -9

OpenStudy (lunymoony):

What does the "m" stand for again?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't know

OpenStudy (lunymoony):

Ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Maybe it stands for 45

OpenStudy (lunymoony):

I believe its A, we divide the 5 into 23, get 8 (they say 9 but its really 8, trust me) and so but "m" still has to go into the remainder, so its m > 9
