Next time ask this in the Mathematics section, but I would say that the multiplication expression that can be used to find the probability that Kit picks a heart then Oscar picks a diamond would be thirteen fifty-seconds times thirteen fifty-firsts. Reason being because one, there's fifty two cards in a deck, and thirteen diamons and thirteen hearts. When Kit picks a card, the chance to draw a heart is 13/52, and when Oscar picks a card, if Kit has replaced the card he drew into the deck, he has a 13/52 chance to draw a diamond. If Kit has kept his card, then there are 51 more cards in the deck and the chance for a diamonds is 13/51.
