Please help! Thank You! :) MEDAL and FAN One of the problems in the Articles of Confederation was the congress had in power to make states enforce laws. This was a problem because A. individuals could take over the states governments B. the states could not work closely with congress C. it took away the importance of laws passed by congress D. it made the states less powerful than congress
