The top has the notifications, messages, people ur a fan of that are online, and find more subjects.
Blue bar has the subject that u are under like mathematics.
To ask a question, go to the subject its under and type it in the white bar underneath the blue barwhere it says "Ask A Question". U will see ur question on the right and other peoples questions on the left. When someone answers ur question u will get a notification and also can give them a medal by clicking the "Best Response" button on the right of the persons reply.

The main thing about this site is to help people.
So if you go up to the top left hand corner it has : Find more subjects.
If you click on that there's all of the subjects in school you would learn.
For instance if you need help with English you would go directly to that subject and ask your question. Not only that you get help from people, But as you help people or ask questions you start to get fans and messages. If you have someone you would like to chat with just go up to messages and click make a new message. If you want to add someone as a fan, Scroll over to there user and in the bottom right hand corner it will say become a fan. I hope this helped!
