2. could also be carbs, protein just helps build muscle because 40-60% of your diet should be carbs which is more than protein,fats and fiber even though alot of fiber is good
3. it could all depend due to what your main source of energy is for your body, like if you are going towards muscle or what not but in general it would be vitamins, because that gives you all kinds of sources as vegetables,fruits,etc.

yes @mcnabkt is right :) 2. should be carbohydrates essential nutrients, i think it's protein- responsible for the body growth and development, cell repairment, hormones, etc. for number 1, unsaturated fats will be the healthiest ones more specifically monounsaturated and omega-3 fats (type of polyunsaturated fat).
see, im only good at things that are my own interest. and yeah, but what other kinds of foods have omega 3 because all i know of is tuna which isnt really good for you since it has a lot of mercury, well its not good to eat it constantly, i consume about 3 cans a week
