i realllly need help with Congruent Polygons and Special Quadrilaterals. picture of problem in comments.

okay so what do you know in this set of triangles? you know the both HJ and EF are congruent because they have the congruency marks, and you know angle H and F are congruent because they are both 90 degrees, and you also know both angle h's are the same because they are vertical angles. Therefore you know an angle, angle, and a side, so the answer would be AAS. I know im not supposed to give you the answer but I dont really know how to explain it without giving the answer
