i went on google and it said quadratic but i dont think thats right
Or you're Googling the wrong thing. The degree is the highest power in the polynomial which, in this case, is 5.
Fifth degree polynomial will be your answer.
it is the highest power of the whole polynomial look at each term and see its highest power the term with the greatest power is the degree of the whole polynomial
