What would be some cons of changing barbie's appearance?

k12 that is i was in normal school and sense i have ad/hd and i'm on the autism spectrum so i freaked out a lot and i was going to try and not do that stuff but i could not control myself so i started doing k12 online school,and that's my story of how this came to be.
