In first graph all the values greater than 4 is a solution (including 4) so the answer will x>= 4

In second graph all the values are solution except -4. so the answer will x!= -4

ok so a closed circle I believe means or equal to so the first one is an arrow pointing to the right there for it is greater than so the first one is X is anything greater than or equal to 4
