I don't know what anything except the pH means or is but pure water is supposed to have a pH of 7
presence of traces of arsenic lead and other heavy metals can cause serious threat to biotic life surrounding water
* or rather using that water
presence of Nitrates- 8mg/L cause the water to get the pH of 7.8
