Improving overall fitness may not be possible for people who have physical limitations

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you exactly mean by "physical limitations" i dont believe there are any limits to being physically fit. so unless you are talking about an injury then maybe yes but depends

sammixboo (sammixboo):

Is this a true or false problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol ^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

False an example of this is if you are missing a limb you are still able to be fit. as well as nutrient disorders in my case insulin resistance, i am still able to be fit within my limitations.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah just look up noah galloway he only has one arm and one leg and the other a prosthetic one and he does all kind of tough mudder stuff

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but if you actually want to see results you should eat for the body you want not the body you currently have

OpenStudy (anonymous):

looks like i want a pizza body haha

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol
