Can someone help me for a medal and fan???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The graph shows the functions f(x), p(x), and g(x):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the solution to the pair of equations represented by p(x) and f(x)?

OpenStudy (ccswims):

Well, where do they intersect?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(4,1) and (-2,-3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Would that be the answer?

OpenStudy (ccswims):

only (-3,-2)

OpenStudy (ccswims):

and you mixed up your y and x coordinated :P

OpenStudy (ccswims):

coordinates*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well thanks, can you help me with another part of the question?

OpenStudy (ccswims):

yea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Write any two solutions for f(x).

OpenStudy (ccswims):

(-7,3) and (-3,-2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, are you able to help me with a third part? This is the last part of the question.

OpenStudy (ccswims):

yea lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the solution to the equation p(x) = g(x)? Justify your answer.

OpenStudy (ccswims):

I don't think they cross at an exact integer, but rounding I'm pretty sure it's (4,1) because that's where they intersect

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, thank you! Sorry for the delay.
