First since you are dividing by 3, what do you think you will do to each side to get rid of that 3 on the left?
To start off, multiply each side by 3 to get rid of the /3. Then, bring the -7 over to the other side by adding 7 to each side Lastly, divide each side by 2 to get the answer.
