I think its called "Factoring By Grouping"

1)8x^3 - 4y^2-50y+25
answer: (2y+5) (2y-5)(2y-1) [[Is this correct?]

Then I need help solving these

4b^3 +3b^2-16b-12

I WILL GIVE MEDALS.
