like what kind of answer is that? you need to eat alot, well you need to figure out how many calories you should be eating for your body, like wether you are wanting to gain muscle or just stay the same

but if you are wanting to achieve a goal to safely lose weight then you should try maintaining something that your body would be able to do . like dont choose some overrated goal where your ripped but you want to lose weight little by little. but it depends if you are looking at using weights or not. but you should always start out low and have a healthy diet because not eating will actually ruin it and actually either make you become fat or really skinny where its not attractive
