You can either learn the basics from Khan Academy as mentioned by @jigglypuff314 or you can post questions on Open Study and get live tutors to help you guide through each step. There are subsets of Mathematics here like different Probability forum,Statistics,SAT,Algebra,Geometry etc.

Also I could suggest you to first watch tutorials on Khan Academy and then try taking few quizes there. If still you're not 100% sure . You can definitely post your questions here and get help. :)

Also, if you are in public school, asking your teacher for help is key, and can help your life drastically.
