Which is required for anaerobic respiration? a. oxygen b. water c. mitochondria d. pyruvate
i want to say c cause i know it isn't a or b but i'm not positive so...@sikinder
d
Anaerobic Respiration does not require oxygen, so it is obviously not A, and I'm check the rest. :)
water involves oxygen so it can't be that either
in anerobic respiration pyruvate break down and forms lactic acid and ethanol it site of reaction is mitochondria
I think it may be D. i am not 100% sure, though.

its conform d
Anaerobic respiration also takes place in the cytoplasm, not mitochondria, so A B and C are ruled out.
you're the genius here ;) jkjk im not ragging
I hope this helped. :) Let us know if its right. :)
ok it also can occur in cytoplasm
