well I think you need to find the z scores... and then interpret their value from a standard normal curve \[z = \frac{x - \mu}{\sigma}~~~~~~ z = \frac{500 - 544}{103}~~~and ~~~z = \frac{700-544}{103}\] that's as far as I know

similar for the next question \[z = \frac{450 - 544}{103}\] then use a table of values...

ok so calculate the z scores \[\frac{500 - 544}{103} = -0.43\] \[\frac{700 - 544}{103} = 1.51\] so it looks like
