-_- that's it really. Well in the old days the Byzantines were ruling most of Europe small part of Africa and small part of Asia. The first recorded black plague , aka the Justinian Plague, was named after the 6th century Byzantine emperor Justinian I. Because he was in charge of the empire at the time. Or were you talking about the black death that effected the Mongol empire. You weren't specific.
