OpenStudy (anonymous):

want me to help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'll show you how to do it too

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first put the numbers in order so it will be 54,55,59,61,61,62,68,70,72

OpenStudy (anonymous):

them minimum is 54 cause thats the lowest numner

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ahhuh i got that far.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the maximum is 72 thats the highest

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the third quartile is 68

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah. i got that. i just dont remember how to do quartiles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry the third quartile is 69

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the first quartile is 27

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the median quartile is 61

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and thats it!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is that all you need?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait, for quartiles you take highest and the lowest numbers of the section.. and subtract?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what you do is put the numbers in order then you take all numbers that are on the out side of the left of the middle and find the middle of that. That is how you get the first quartile

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the median quartile is the middle number if the numbers are in the middle add them then divide by two

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if two number are in the middle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then all the numbers to the right of the list the middle of those is the third quartile

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is that it? do you understand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i understand thank you :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright honey bye bye

OpenStudy (anonymous):

bye:)
