If for there are more than one point with the same x-coordinate, then it is not a function.
i know how do it just asap cause im leaveing here in like 2 min.
Look at all choices. If you see the same x-coordinate being used more than one, it is a relation, but not a function.

no you dont get it 1 through4 you have to choose on each 1 through 4 if they are a function or not

You are welcome. The numbers in red clearly show repetitions in x. That means it's not a function.
