how many sets of lunges should i do in the time period of having weightlifting 2-3 times a week?
im trying to figure how many i need to do each day to build thicker thighs but with not making it where i am using the muscle too much

whats wrong with the two extra? and im saying like well today i did 3 or 4 sets of 10 and my legs were wobbly like jello when i walked so thats why im confused like should i do it every time i have the class or no?

well they wobble cause your legs might be unfamiliar with the training on the legs.

i work on them alot, like thats my goal is to get thick a** thighs but i just recently started focusing on llunges w/weight because squatting hurts my neck/back and yeah
