Sadly, no.  Though I think an unsubscribe from notifications is the #1 requested feature.  Personally, I would make it so that if you posted to it again, it auto re-subscribed.  So if someone unsubscribed from a question, or unfollowed for a cleaner term, they would no longer get notifications for it unless they went back and added to it.

maybe its better to get notified than not to, if there isn't an option to turn it off manually.
