for the first, start with point slope form and plug in the data \(y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\)
The slope intercept form is basically: \[y=mx+b\] For the second one, you find the slope of those two coordinates and then plug it into the slope intercept equations (m). Now you need to find what is b. In order to find b, you can choose either coordinate and plug it in for y and x. You solve for b and then plug it in to the equation. Then you'll have an answer.
