For each job lead you find, be sure to keep track of the specific name of the resource—publication, website, agency, networking contact or school contact—from which you got the lead. If the resource does not list a specific contact name, address, and phone number to send application materials to, call the human resource department of the company and request the information. Note that a specific contact name is not “Hiring manager” or “H
