I think they were in like different things. Just go to math and you see all those blue buttons, like pre-algebra, algebra 1, algebra 2, etc. You can ask 1 question in each of those.

Yea that's a glitch in the openstudy iOS app, you can post unlimited questions.
Still hasn't been fixed since April when the app was released.
