Okay, well, to get your answer you first need to know what 3^-4 is. I'd say telling you the answer is cheating but you can find it just as easily with a calculater. Anyway, 3^-4 is '0.01234567901234567901234567901235' which is obviously way way way too hard to use in a problem like this, so lets simplify it. 0.06. So, now look at your choices and try and find the one that is equivalent to 0.06, or ,better yet, the one that matches up with that long stream of numbers I just gave you. XD
